for a return authorization.
* Please contact us within 7 working days after receipt of order.
* Merchandise should be returned within 15 days after receipt of order.
* We will refund the purchase price and any tax you have paid.
* Shipping fees to and from are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on Essential Oils and Soap.
Once you receive a return authorization please follow the steps below:
* Circle the item you wish to return.
* Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
* Pack the item(s) for return securely.
* Return the package.
Please allow 2 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited or refunded.
